Right of Withdrawal

​For digital products, there is no right of withdrawal if the execution of the contract has already started and the customer has expressly agreed that the execution begins before the withdrawal period ends, and has acknowledged that this means the loss of the right of withdrawal (Section 356 (5) German Civil Code).

Bei digitalen Produkten besteht kein Widerrufsrecht, sofern die Ausführung des Vertrags bereits begonnen hat und der Verbraucher ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat, dass mit der Ausführung vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird, und gleichzeitig seine Kenntnis davon bestätigt hat, dass er dadurch sein Widerrufsrecht verliert (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
